Brokerage fee

You pay remuneration in the form of a brokerage fee for our services. This is a percentage of the proceeds obtained for your home.  The amount of the brokerage fee depends on your wishes, the expected price, and an estimate of the total time taken. Our brokerage fee varies between 1.25% and 2% of the sale price. All prices excluding 21% VAT.  You will always receive a customized offer.

Up-front costs
No up-front costs are charged at the beginning of the assignment. However, if you cancel the assignment, we will charge €500 (Excluding 21% VAT).  This amount is used to cover the costs of the photographer, brochures, plans, surveyor’s report, and land registry search.   Get a Valuation
